This is Free and Easy from Satyr, catalogue number JH-10226 w/the same song on both sides (one mono version, one stereo version) from 1975. This comes in the original company sleeve.
The record is in EX- (M-) condition. There are a couple of super faint, light marks on both sides and a bit of ring wear on the label.
