I have a few song lyrics written down and have no idea who sings them so any help is greatly appreciated!

note:lyrics arent nessesarily in order!

song 1 - male singer

another line is

Song 1 is an early-mid 9t's gem entitled: "you and me" by Sean Oliver.

can you post sound clips up then it would be easier to help.

I wish i could but i dont have any sound clips! These were just random songs i heard on the radio and i jotted the lyrics down

I think song #3 is Joanna Gardner-Pick Up The Pieces(Uk Polydor)or USa Philly Soul

Well at least you're not the only one searching for song 2 (Unless you've posted this search on other forums too). The title does appear to be 'You should be calling me baby' but that's as far as anyone has gotten so far.

I still keep a cassette in my radio so that if something I like comes on I can slam the record button down and get the DJ, and failing that I still have part of the song to analyse. Thanks to the internet I've identified dozens of songs that way, but I still have a pile of around 24 cassettes to identify...

Number 6 is 'What About My love' originally done by Johnny Taylor,there is a female version,which I have on a 12" somewhere,but can't for the life of me remember who it is.
