Am working all week in Brum for my sins, so does anyone know of any record shops in the city that sell northern originals or of any nites on this week.

You could try Redingtons Rare Records in Digbeth opposite the police station but honestly don't expect to much! They also seem to get all of their prices from the Record Collector book.

As for what's on, there's never much on in the centre of Brum but if you visit Dave Rimmers website (soulfulkindamusic) it might be more useful to visit his events page (He lives in Dudley and DJ's just about everywhere!)

If you find yourself here at Easter there is an alldayer at Club Air, Heathmill Lane on the Sunday 2pm-2am, DJ's include Jo Wallace, Roger Bankes, Kitch etc...

Don't know who's running it as it's part of the Birmingham Mod Weekend and I ain't a mod!
