I just heard it on a Kent album,is this a different one to the one played at the Casino orsomeone else singing it cheers hello whiteflatcap.man here i used to go to wigan alot and this is the original artist and title but sometimes when they press things or bring them out on albums they slow tracks down or change intro. 2 examples of this are time wont let me -J.C. Messina. slower intro on pressing. & Marie Knight - That's no way to treat a girl longer intro. , but not heard Danny monday on Kent album bvut hope this helps. "i cant take it baby i cant make it baby without "some body call me a doctor somebody call me a nurse do something for me dont let me suffer please dont let it get worse i cant take it i cant make it without you" like i said used to sing my lungs out to this,pity the guys and girls next to me especaily on the high parts lol Anyway i think this version is definately slowed down a bit.
