Found this little gem in the photo box, I was about 18/19 in this photo, never went anywhere without something to play music on. In those days everything put on cassette tapes. Dont know what happended to my bag, too many house moves and all my record collection and most physical memories lost.

This is at Cannock bus station, we would all gather here, catch the bus to Walsall or Wolverhampton, meet up with the Wolves crowd and on to Wigan. Good times

    Hi Karen,

    Just a bit after my time!

    Had that of been 1973/74.

    You would had myself, Sharon Dyke, Carl Jones, Dave Prince, Rob Galaska, Jane Gray & Glynis Jones etc etc lying there waiting to go to the Cats or Wigan

    Anyhow Cannock and Rugeley always pulled its weight producing the faithfull!

    Wow Northern Soul in Dubai it certainly has travelled since the 70's.   Did you know my older brother Mike Jones, he used to go to Wigan about the same time as you.  We lived in Chase Terrace, Burntwood then.
