  1. Get it done, caught mine early and thankfully sorted with Hormone & Radiotherapy still well under control , so thank you NHS.

But, as it is one of the most common cancers, why there is no screening programme is shameful-- Money of course...

Knew I had heard something recently, but apparently there is now a "spit" test that can-in some cases be more accurate than the PSA-  why wait ??

Thanks for sharing your view on the night, but it works best if you post ya reviews in the event guide  on your actual event entry here

the 'add review' button shows at the bottom of the page..

    https://www.soul-source.co.uk/events/event/83443-45-revolutions/?tab=reviews

The guide is more setup to show such better which should mean more people are aware of the reviews and it also then gets automatically posted into this forum  as per others

We do leave this forum open for posting for people who just want to post playlists

    Cheers

Some of us can and will dance in heels when I wish to and sometimes in flats

Some of us women can actually dance regardless of the heel height we are wearing. Depends what mood I'm in. A couple at Brid actually thought the same as you and pre judged me on my heels  before I danced. Actually came down onto the floor and apologised even though I had no clue beforehand. Each to their own in my eyes. 👠😎

Ginger Rogers did everything Fred Astaire did, but Backwards in High Heels  😄

Definately sounds like Ricky W. he was mates with your Rob, often went over with Kev Smith, as did I a time or two-remember Rob coming over to Prestwich a couple times as well, with Andy ??

Oh, and Rick (and I) were from SALFORD not Manchester-it matters  😄

I played it to my 'other half' and without hesitation she said Bruce Springsteen. She did think, though, that it lacked the enthusiastic gusto of FW's original.

Have to say, I think the arrangement has quite an authentic feel to it - unlike most modern-day classic Motown covers that have the drums way too high in the mix. On that basis, it might make for an interesting instrumental.

Did like the the arangement and the backing singers to be fair, but never cottoned to DILY even when it was by Eddie Foster.. 😄
