good point callum , i think my point also was that a lot of people would like to see modern faded out! for me also its about people enjoying themselves to great dance music , be it northern , RnB , or just anything thats great to dance too! but couldnt see new people ever getting into the scene if they walked into a club packed with 60 year old men dancing to lovey dovey 70´s stuff like tinkerbell on ecstacy , if it was only based around modern i think the scene would definately die off , its thanks to RnB & Uptempo soul music that still gives todays scene a bit of appeal , and in a way coolness!! & would attract young people who had never heard this kind of stuff before!

betty wilsons a great price! also the pearl woods often goes for around 70 / 80 quid on ebay! and both belters , if i didnt have them already id bite your hand off mate ; )

a great garage 45 !!! can see why it would appeal to souleys , but this is what makes me wonder why the hardcore souleys out there often turn their nose up at the mod kind of sound , RnB / Funk & garage etc , when this 45 is purely a mod record and yet gets spins in northern rooms!

RnB Is far from dead , like mentioned earlier, you even get RnB Tracks incorpotared into the bigger main soul rooms! which shows if anything an increase in popularity , also has it got something to do with the price of RnB Records ? for a big soul record your looking at four digits , but for an unknown & great RnB record you can pick up for 3 digits! dont get me wrong im both a soul and RnB Fan , but to say one or the other is dead is crazy , also there are a lot more young people getting into RnB & Soul these days so i think it will be alive for many years to come! its that modern stuff that youll see fading out ; ) wouldnt that make a few people happy !!

one went recently on ebay for $380 ! if you want the kentone issue then your prob looking at anything up to that , i got mine for $250 ! there is one on emi which is a second or third press which goes cheap, also there is one on united artists i think ???
