Flip of He's A Lover Arock. A copy I just played has what we thought was the unissued Baby Take It Slow on the flip, not WTGGR. Are they all the same?

There are two quite different tape versions. I know the more Northern sounding of the two came out as a B&C 45 and also on an LP, maybe the Crestview? There’s a softer, slightly Harlem Shuffle type version that may or may not be the Mirwood or Crestview 45. Anyone know the story?
