i totally agree but there are so called soul nights that post on here (well at least one) that do play a lot of there music on cd. no all of it but quite a lot

no its not changed you have to have a license to play any kind of music in public,the more people you have in the work place the more the license costs ;its worked out by number of people times the amount of hrs the music is played,hope this helps

got pleanty of modern cds but most made up cdrs but some very nice tunes ,any good if so i will play
