When Roger & I started our Sunday Soul Sessions, the concept was to give DJs/collectors who don't have a residency an opportunity to share there tracks in a friendly environment all on vinyl. Since then the afternoons have gone from strength to strength with some excellent sets being put together. If you have a collection & want to share your tracks come down & introduce yourself & see if you would like to get involved. Remember everyone is welcome.

This month our guest is Andrew Smith, a local lad with a great collection, who now resides in Stoke on Trent. He returns to Northwich tonight at our new venue to entertain us with his fantastic tracks & is sure to get a warm welcome on his return. Our early guest all the way from Manchester is Brian Smart, playing sets at clubs around Manchester Brian brings his fantastic mix to Witton Albion Club. Filling in the gaps tonight will be Eddie, Bert & myself. We are all looking forward to welcoming you to our new venue, remember everyone is welcome. 🤗😊

With the closure of The Rec at short notice last month we have managed to secure a temporary venue for our 2nd Saturday of the month soul night's. We will continue to do our utmost to bring you the best music, played on the best equipment, at the best available venues in Northwich, with the best crowd, without you it just wouldn't be the same.

Today I was informed The Winnington Rec has gone into administration & the club will close its doors at the end of March. This Saturday will be our last at this venue so let's go out with a bang. A big thanks for your tremendous support over the last 13years. All our guests that have entertained us, our friends who have helped make it what it is today. I would also like to spare a thought for the staff at The Rec they have been very helpful & accomadating. We are losing a venue they unfortunately are losing there jobs. Once again thankyou everyone it's been a fantastic ride. KTF

it's Soul Time once again this Saturday. Playing across the board tunes, something for everyone. Both guests this month are Manchester based, so it will be nice to hear what's being played in & around the clubs of there home City. Entertaining us & spinning the tunes as our main guest is Phil Stones. Phil has played for us before & knows what we like. Our early guest also makes a return, Little Bren will I'm sure play the tunes, The Rec Faithful love to hear. Filling in the gaps this month are Bob, Eddie & myself.
