It may be agood idea that there won't be so many of us around in 20 years time as there would not be enough room on the dance floor for the zimmer frames, but maybe we may get converts from our nurses and carers that have to come with us. Mind you I nearly had premeture heart failure earlier this week when my 25 year old son said he wanted to come to Prestatyn with me - so this year I will be accompanied by a NS virgin and potential convert. Maybe he just thinks I am too old to go on my own and needs to look after me.

Anyone about this weekend at Prestatyn from North wales 70s scene circa 1972-1977, Dixieland, Palace, Lido etc etc. would love to see a few old faces. Anyone know Gary Beatie, my bestest old soul mate, or where he is these days.

You've just solved my dilema - who was going to iron my clothes for the weekend - sorted my mum lives in rhyl and OF COURSE i must visit her en route I go to Prestatyn.......SORTED

This may be duplicate reply and hence not so witty but I think the goalposts would have got in the way of the dance floor - maybe thats where CPFC went wrong
