Just a note to let everyone know that we got a registered envelope from Goldsoul and in it was two vouchers for next years Whitby value £30 each ! The vouchers state that you have to collect your tickets at the venue and to bring with you proof of address and photo id. We obviously got the vouchers because when KR would'nt come to the door to explain what was happening, eventually Snowy came to try and calm things down, at that time loads of us put our names and addresses on the back of flyers as Snowy said he would try to sort us a refund out. Inside the registered envelope were two vouchers and three flyers ! The most important thing that should have been in the envelope was'nt ! "An Apology"
