  1. i fount out summet that was very interesting i asked the dealers and djs about this record and told me something about to try the name jimmy rae, and that only dj's had a copy of this little john - just wait and see thats why its so rare maybe ill get lucky one day and get a copy fingers crossed ) lolol thanks nat x

I've been attending soul nights for a year now and I always sit and watch the other dancers and think I'm gonna go and dance in a bit and then one of your favourite songs come on and the nerves kick in lol so you stay sitting down and carry on watching the other dancers but I always have a dance round the house with northern soul on but there's no crowds but maybe one day ill just get up and go for it its like when I'm going on stage my nerves am all over the place but once I've got the second record on they have gone so for now I'll stick to the dancing round the house lol Nat x

  11. BRILLIANT:D. Can't say I'm a fan of dancehall some of it is okay Another one of alborosie is no watch man ( fuss and fight riddim) there's a few others that sing on it another brilliant tune, And I like capletons jah jah city And buju banton is great But it's just Gregory's voice Nat xx

No I haven't heard of him but I will check him out on you tube, I have also seen Jimmy cliff, the heptones, toots & the maytals brilliant and I paid £35 to see Beres but it was worth every penny, and Tarrus Riley I would love to see him what a beautiful voice he has And yes I know what you mean about sizzla but solid as a rock is just one of the best he has done in my opinion But lovers rock just does it for me it's that sort of reggae you can listen to over and over again, but it's Gregory's voice just wonderful Nat xx

  17. thanks for the honesty, but i no what lifeline is about, but im happy in what im doing and one day i will get there no matter what, ive just started off so this is a new journey, i always say if the crowd am happy and dancing = success and when you get clapped and cheered you know you have done a good job nat x
  18. I go out on my own to be honest with you, lol my friends don't even know what the music is lol but when I go to these established events I'm more than welcome, they have even give me the opportunity to play on that stage which I am very grateful for, Nat x
  19. Thankyou I like to play to the crowd if I can, I always listen to what's being played but I can honestly say I don't like the modern I'm a 60's northern soul type lol I LOVE the music, it's a part of my life and always will be................. Nat x
  20. It's hard to find youngsters for a start at the places I attend I've thought about doing my own but I would be the only young one lololol but hopefully fingers crossed I'll get there one day and maybe I'll meet more youngsters on the journey, Nat x

  24. Thankyou, I played at a place called goodyears in wolverhampton on the 23rd december it was rammed and at 12.30 the floor was rammed and I did that!! Lil me playing my tunes and I felt great!! too see they was enjoying them selves but I think more young people should come on to the scene

Hello I think it's great that the young ones are coming through, I'm 23 and been into northern soul since I was little girl, I've been brought up on the music and now attend nights out and do a bit of dj ING, I don't see many youngsters out and about but would be great to see them, as it's us who could carry the legacy on as I said I collect records and can honestly say hand on heart I LOVE northern soul...................... It's my passion and always will be and I hope one day ill be a well known dj as I enjoy playing to crowds and know they are enjoying them selves as much as I am xxx
