This is a one- off for us, an all-dayer to mark our 10th anniversary. Bring your spare change for our charity raffle fundraiser with tickets available on the day.

Don't forget our October event, 10th anniversary all dayer, pre-pay to guarantee your place as we start at 3pm that day, so if you turn up later you can still get admission. We don't want to see any of our regulars miss out on what we hope will be a great do. Plus we are having a charity raffle so hoping to raise a few quid for John Eastwood Hospice. Plus it's only a fiver for all that great music with 6 Dj's on the day, it's a no-brainer.

This is our 10th anniversary, (we think!) after trying to scour the internet archive we think we have it. To celebrate we are having a bit of an extended do. From 3pm with 3 guest DJ's plus the resident team, it promises to be something a bit different. We are also marking the date by trying to raise a few quid for a nominated charity, The John Eastwood Hospice in Mansfield. We all know someone, or have been affected ourselves by cancer so we feel it fitting that if we can make a donation to the cause, we will. It is still only our usual £5 admission, with discretionary donations accepted. We will also be holding a charity raffle with prizes including Junction 28 Soul goodies. If anyone wishes to donate a prize for the raffle in advance all donations will be gratefully received. Record sellers are also most welcome. Guest DJ's are Ian Hall (Accacia Soul), Kelly Goodman (Derby) and Neil (Cressy) Cresswell (Brown Cow Mansfield), along with resident DJ's Pete Stevo, Andy Barker and Clive Henderson, we hope this is going to be a banging soul event. September sees another visit from the Yorkshire duo, Lisa and Neil Crossland from the Scissett Mecca, the long running soul night that keeps on delivering. They are also regular guest DJ's all over the place. With input from the resident DJ team, another great night awaits. Look out for our 10th anniversary all dayer coming in October!

Our August event comes one week earlier than usual due to room availability. We have Guest DJ Carl Malloy from Derby. Carl is now a regular DJ at the popular Sunday session at Groovin' in Derby. Support as always from our resident team of Stevo, Andy Barker and Clive Henderson. A hot August night awaits.

June is our residents night. An opportunity for our resident DJ's to do their stuff to the max! Pete Stevo, Andy Barker and Clive Henderson spinning the discs, it's crossover soul, 70's and modern soul all night. A great friendly crowd, smart venue, top sound system, large dancefloor and good priced bar. It all adds up to making Junction 28 Soul night a favourite night all round.
