The last 2 films I've watched are both on the Disney plus channel but definitely not children's films. 1, Nightmare Alley, the latest film from Guillermo Del Toro and he's back to his best. 2, Fresh, This film is slightly uncomfortable. it's a film about cannibalism but it's done really well (or should that be well done)

I'm thinking that's buggered up my set but then my alarm woke me up. That's a set of records for my fantasy land, WOW listening to them is wonderful but seeing them written down is something else, one after the other. Even Teds shirts are rare & expensive as well. lol

A must for any Torch reunion I would say. Back then it sounded so different than most of the other brilliant records being played. Now It sounds perfect for today's dancefloor. Rex Garvin ~ Queen of the go go. what a tune.

Up to now we've highlighted possible plays of the Blue eyed variety and classic northern, also a couple for the modern room and now Kev's started the album track selections for the main room, here's one that I'm pretty certain will get requested, Pervis Lee "You don't care" Not forgetting this, one of the greatest album only tracks played on the scene, hear Guy H announce this at Stafford covered up as Bobby Paris at the beginning of the clip

Yes I think this was their first release The Moments Profile: Soul vocal trio. Formed in Washington in the mid-'60s. Larry Mizell & Fonce Mizell with Freddie Perren signed them at Hog (2). Sylvia Robinson then signed them at Stang Records. After the initial changing line ups they started having hits as the trio that later in the late '70s evolved to Ray, Goodman & Brown. Al Goodman b. 31/03/1947, Jackson, Mississippi, U.S.A.

Just 5 days to go before the next instalment at Culcheth Sports Club, J.B.Troy "Live On" is another that I'm sure isn't everybody's cup of tea, well I like mine strong with 2 sugars and this tastes fine to me. I can't remember hearing this at any of the previous Culcheths but I could be wrong.

Any Marvin Gaye played in any Modern Room is always a treat to hear and this track "Heavy love affair" is no exception. Just absolutely brilliant.
