yeah candle in the window took the fuckin roof off, frank foster, martha starr, billy kennedy. the cashmeres, allen sisters, herb ward.....the music came no better.

for me it was the changing scene - when the city sleeps, covered as steve mancha, and played by colin law,..i heard so many brilliant records for the first time there....still get goosebumps remembering hearing mary saxton - losing control, for the first time...memories.
