When was this originally released?

Does anyone know if this record actually exists? It is referred to as the original version and title of what Don Varner supposedly retitled "Mojo Mama" for the B-side of "Tear Stained Face", and which Wilson Pickett covered after that. All accounts of the similarities to Edwin Starr's "25 Miles" (and that song's subsequent Berns / Ragavoy songwriting credit) mention that Hoagy recorded it first.
