Hi all, I’m new to the site and terrible at typing, so bear with …. As a youngster my brothers and sister and I used to attend the old soul nights @ the Nottingham Oddfellows club (actually in Leicester) then fast forward far too many years and we(with our children now!)were frequent attenders at the excellent Fitz-Soul nights held at the King Power Stadium. The music, atmosphere and people were fantastic whether you are serious about your Soul or just enjoy the music ….unfortunately now it is no longer at this venue… A chance encounter with one of the promoters at the Court House venue in Skegness has peaked my interest again, so hopefully even with my limited computer knowledge I shall try to get back into the scene a little bit more…..
