Hello all :) Little intro: I've loved Northern Soul, Motown, R&B since I started listening to music. Mostly foraging in charity shops as a kid (and now), then the joys of internet pirate radio on dial-up as a teen lol. Most of my friends prefer other music (ska, punk, indie stuff which I also love and go to gigs with them when I can) but I'm trying to transition from singing and dancing solo in my flat to actually going out and meeting people who also love Soul. I'm a bit shy but was informed that I'm now in my 30s and I'm apparently a grown-up, so should just go out and attend things I want on my own, so that's what I've been doing :) I've always met such lovely, cool people and hope to meet more. I travel all over the UK throughout the year and Germany whenever I can.
