He is kicked off Ebay and has been frozen by Paypal. Anyone else get their records or money back yet? I know, I hate Paypal, but you gotta use them.

I'm totally with you on this one. I feel very lucky that I got my $402 back from diego. I honestly think that the people who bark the loudest and have the least to gain (my $402 your $607) might get their money back first. I truly feel sorry for the guys who got taken for THOUSANDS!!! The guys who are owed the most and speak up the least may end up yelling the loudest on this forum when they end up with zilch!!! I hope this doesn't happen, but knowing that Diego burned you guys on records he sold you, only makes me want to stick around till this thing comes to it's inevitable conclusion. I also love the reverse psychology angle, the more we pressure him, the more he might want to settle up just to spite his nay-sayers!!!

Diego sends me an email and asks why I had Ebay give him a non-payment strike!!!! Are you shitting me!!!??? Of course this was hours before he paid me through Western Union. I have contacted Ebay and told them that he finally took care of his mess. I'm still trying to sort it out with Paypal though. I still think Diego should get on this forum and share his thoughts, instead of lurking in the weeds.

For a while there, I thought that Diego just over spent, but I really wanna know if those guys that bought records from him but didn't recieve them and then got bogus tracking numbers from Diego, did they ever recieve them? When I heard this I thought for sure that I would never see any money!! I feel sorry for the person who sold him over $4000 worth of vinyl.

Supposedly Diego has wired money though Western Union, I will go down there in one hour and find out if the entire $402 (cost of 45 and all the fees & postage associated with the transaction) is there. I will let you guys know straight away.

I will contact every club Diego has DJ'ed at and inform them that he is spinning with stolen records!!! As for you niave people vouching for him....You need a reality check

Yep, Yep & Yep!!! If Paypal reversed the charges and gave them back to Diego, he surely has $402 to send me. Let's hope he agrees to the WESTERN UNION payment. They better not bootleg SAMMY ACUNA on Sly, (also released on New Wave) it's coming out on Ace/Kent in the near future. The thing that bugs me about Diego is that he only contacts me once a day through emails and each time he has a new way to make this deal right, I have to wait a whole day. If I would have f***ed up as bad as he did, I would be on the internet 24/7 until this shit got straight!!! Thanx for the info TUBBS

Thanx for your post, some people who got burned by Paypal & or Diego have been a quick to give Diego a pass because he has sent them a email saying he would return the 45's. Diego emailed me and said he can Western Union the $402 (w/added ebay, paypal & shipping fees) When I finally recieve the money I will be the first to post it on this forum, until then...I'm leary as all hell. Diego & Paypal are at fault here. But so far Diego has our money and our records, just the sellers have been bung-holed!!! Diego make it right or we ain't going away!!!

Saturn Records in Oakland. They are the ones who got in on the huge lot that John Manship and others were part of. He still has lots of the lesser titles for pretty good prices. Although the owner is a asshole.

O.K. Here's the latest developement. You guys are gonna love this. Paypal sent me an email saying that this case with Diego Padovese was too problematic and they have reversed the $368 from my account back to Diego's. So he has my record and my money Even though Diego emailed Ebay & Paypal and told them that he recieved the 45, and was happy with the deal and that he admitted to over buying, but the fact that I (the seller) sent it to a unconfirmed address, am the big loser :angry: MUTHAFUCKERS!!!!! Diego says he wants to send back the record to me. I no longer own the record, he entered into a contract with Ebay and is now the owner. Diego please contact me so we can arrange for you to send me a money order. I wouldn't trust the EYE-TALIAN postal service to get that 45 to me safely. I'm assuming that anyone who sold records to Diego has had their money reversed back into his account. So guys we need to unite and get our money back. He has our money and our records!!! Who the hell is protecting us sellers, it surely isn't Ebay ore Paypal

Buying over $15,000.00 worth of rare records from various sellers and not covering the funds he shorted Paypal, isn't a mistake, it's fraud. I don't want the 45 back, I want a money order sent to my house. Why doesn't DIEGO respond to all these allegations on this forum?

Would someone on here please tell this Diego guy to log onto Paypal and go to the RESOLUTION CENTER and take care of this mess. He sent me a message through Ebay and says he doesn't have U.S. funds to refund my postage, Ebay & Paypal fees to put inside the box when he might send back the $368 SAMMY ACUNA 45. He's talking about sending me U.S. stamps in lieu of cash??? WHAT!!! This is getting really UGLY. DIEGO...Send me $368 in a money order right away. Or I will have you kicked off EBAY FOREVER And I will contact every club you have ever DJ'ed at and tell them that you are DJ'ing with stolen records. It's a small world brother. All those clubs are just a email away. :angry:

DIEGO finally contacted Ebay concerning this matter. Trouble is, it's out of Ebay's hands at this point, he must log onto Paypal and explain everything in their RESOLUTION CENTER. If this gets done Paypal might actually cover my loss!!! Diego...GO...GO...GO
