THE PERFECTIONS deliver their own distinct and impassioned interpretation of Tony  Hestor’s own ‘Just can’t leave you’ replete with ‘Wah wah’ guitar courtesy of the great Dennis Coffey.

    I have played this Tony Hester Clip over and over again thinking, I know this, then it hit me,

    Keep A Hold On Me - Diane Lewis/ JJ Barnes Sweet Honey Baby (Gold Mine GS030) from 1998

    (both tracks un-issued)

    Notice that writer credits on  Diane lewis (above) are G Redd* - R McCoy* 

    Where as Tony Hester version on Hayley Records Writer Credits are  C Redd - J Cosby

    was also recorded by Porgy and the Monarchs
