Monthly, with live acts and northern afterwards till 4am. https://www.myspace.com/digdeepernyc Subway Soul are looking for a new venue currently... Pittsburgh has a monthly night, DJ Riel and Ian Friend put this on https://www.steelcitysoul.org/ Baltimore (just an hour south of Philadelphia) has Charm City Soul Club: https://groups.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseac...oupID=101717627 I dont think there is a Philadelphia regular soul nite of such but Ill look into it. drop me a PM if you are gonna be in the NY area for a soul event. I just ran into Connie T Empress and Bob Shannon on Memorial day and they're talking about getting something going at Maxwell's in Hoboken. There seems to be a lot more interest now in events like this than when you and I were trying to promote the Solid Hit Soul Club all those years ago. In Brooklyn alone there must be a half dozen different events every month. As far as I know, though, there's nothing happening in New Jersey these days. If the Hoboken night gets going, I will certainly let everyone know.
