June 11, 200916 yr can someone tell me why it was pressed on two diff singles, and why the later cat # is worth more? just curious kb Hi Krissi As far as i'm aware on 149 Hand It Over was an A side and on 169 it is actually the flip side of Since I Don't Have You. Pretty common to stick a previously popular song on a later single to fill a B side. Both recorded in 1964. I can only assume the later release wasn't pressed up in the same quantities or wasn't as successful with a different A side if it is worth more.

June 12, 200916 yr can someone tell me why it was pressed on two diff singles, and why the later cat # is worth more? just curious kb PUZZLING THAT..... HAND IT OVER WAS ONLY A SMALL HIT AS AN `A` SIDE WITH LOOK OVER YOUR SHOULDER AS THE FLIP. SINCE I DONT HAVE YOU ( A BALLAD) WAS A MUCH BIGGER HIT AND SELLER HENCE THIS COUPLING ON A UK PYE INT ISSUE. SO I PERSONALLY CANNOT FOR THE LIFE IN ME GRASP WHY THE 2ND ISSUE IS WORTH MORE. WHEN ITS COMMONER WITH CRAP `A` SIDE.CERTAINLY ON UK IT IS DEARER BUT NOT ON WAND DAVE BENTINCK BACK ROOM FRI 19TH JUNE
