Dora Hall Pretty Boy On Reinbeau

I got a spare copy of this record (from my last june USA trip) and I noticed the label addresses were different.

One in Winnetka, Ill. & one in Chicago, Ill.

(note that the Chicago one has Wittnetka adress on B side "Time to say goodbye")

I know that it also went out on Calamo label

Would anybody have more information? rarer?
