Boot Not Boot?

Simple question,is Frank Dell album a boot?,it as a dubious past to say the least,i have allways known Guinnes records where not right?,are they like sue records here half the stuff not licenced so ie;boots or do things change according to its demand??? :ohmy:

The vast majority of the labels output is exclusive to the label, as far as I know, so not exactly boots. It was supposedly a tax evasion venture and may not have been completely above board. But then how many of these little soul labels in the 60s were completely legit ??

Whats weird is that every release dates from 1977. If the label numbering is correct and every number came out there were just over 80 LPs released in one year !!
