Someone offered me 3k for this months ago but cant for the life of me find the email - record is visually vg+ as has surface marks and writing on the label as shown. But plays fine. attached is a scan of the label which has some writing on and an mp3 from the 45. Looking to sell now as have bought a few other bits and I am getting more enjoyment from playing lesser known tunes out than just the pricey ones!
