Sorry to be pedanctic, It's not a promo, it's an acetate of one side of an album that never came out. Richard had it, and sold it on to a famous soul collector who has had it for some time. Think he let Sam cut a dub off of it....It's been missed whenever anyone has put any Prelude stuff out so maybe the tape ain't there.,.... Edited September 6, 200916 yr by Steve G
