I'm not much good on 60s Soul so have no idea what something like this would be worth - I'll listen to any offers and make my mind up as soon as I get an idea what it's worth - ok?

Probably not worth anything because it will have been done to request in the early 70's, you paid your money to the mysterious man who did them then a week later you got your record. Real EMIdisc labels were often used.
