October 8, 200915 yr Good luck this is a hard one. Took me about 3 years to get mine. Believe it or not Ged, I managed to pick up a mint second issue copy within half hour of putting this post up for a very good price thanks to a soul source member - as a result, I'm a very happy man tonight
