Hi there all at soul source. I am writing this post as i have quiery on a track i heard in the late 80's on Radio Manchester (1987/88). The track was called i believe "Rose of Charon", not quite sure if the spellings right, could be "Cheron or Sheron". Don't know the artist, but it was a male soul lead, in a slow to mid tempo style. I have a feeling it could of been a B-side of a 12 or a 7, tucked away on a small american label. I do believe a track was recorded in the early 70's by i-roy - rose of sheron, but i think this was a reggae record & not a soul record.
