Modern Soul 45 On Chocolate Cholly's?

A long time ago I heard a modern tune that was put out as a 7" on the Chocolate Cholly's label. If I'm not wrong, the song used the same beat as one of the songs from the Pied Piper from Funkingham LP. Think it was "Today Is The Day".

Does anyone know which song I'm after?
