A mate of mine has got in touch regarding his late uncles' collection of jazz & big band record collection (Count Basie, Duke Ellington etc. there is even mention of signed Billie Holliday LP's) he was looking for any reputable dealers that he could contact about getting a fair price.

I was wondering if any of the scottish contingent could recommend any dealers in the Glasgow / Edinburgh area who would specialise in that particular genre

Although they are not Scottish they could well be of use to you....try Tony Cooney or Mark Grice.This is the type of stuff i would think they would definately be interested in.

They will both be at the Blackpool Hilton in 2 weeks time.....I could ask them then (both are good friends by the way) if you want...
