I have Albert Washington's "Loosen these pains and let me go/Go on and help yourself" on two labels - Jewel 822 and M.In the Street M.I.T.S. 1. Does anyone know which of these came first, or anything about the M. In the Street label?

I've got "Having A Good Time" by him on M.I.T.S. I think it also came out on Fraternity, don't know owt else about the label though.

Cheers Crumb, didn't know that. Just checked the R&B Indies book, seems M. in the Street was from Cincinatti. Still don't know which release was first - I guess you'd assume Jewel came later
