Gets a bit waffly early on talking about slavery but Casper Melville (the younger speaker) sums up the experience of dancing and listening pretty well. Thinking Aloud Yes I heard this as I was driving home, my ears pricked up when I heard Move on up being played (on radio 4, that must be a first)the Casper Melville guy mentioned 80s rare groove and his involvement in that scene. I love to hear these intellectual type discussions on popular culture.
