Managed to get rooms at the Expance Hotel North Marine Drive last week. Not South Shore but they did have more rooms. It is a bit more expensive than any where else. They tell me it's 15 mins walk from train station. Having tried everywhere else it was all I could find, beggars can't be choosers. Phone 01262675347.

watch the underground parking at the Expanse-its quite expensive--you can park on the street for free if you get your spot outside.

taxi will cost about £4 each way from Expanse-stayed there at the first Brid. when we ran the 3Bs

We are in there as well mate-its for a friend and all sorted now-we are doing the musical rooms bit as well on the Sunday !!
