I have seen The Inverts 'Time Will Change' on Broadway w/d with 2-different designs & numbers. One is 406 and the other is 404 with two black bands across the lable. Are they both legit/ different pressing plants etc. or is one phony. Any info would be appreciated.

I broached the same subject a while back and the answer is no it was'nt booted

They are both legit
