Can anybody tell me anything about Rick Nichols please?

I have "I Know The Feeeling"/"Infatuation" on Sound 231.

Any information on the artist please or any other releases worth picking up?

He was a blue eyed soul artist. Possibly a singing bus driver but can't remember exactly. He had a few singles as "Prentis Slade" on a couple labels including Flick, Hamilton, and King. Those singles may be more rock and roll than soul.

Yes, definitely sounds blue-eyed on "I Know The Feeling". That record isn't really soul either but it has a good 'Northern' feel to it nevertheless.
