Got one without address on yellow label , but seen them with address . Both have same number (HS1-7001) .

Is one a re issue ?

I've always assumed both were legit issues - seen 'em both being sold as originals anyway. Mines got no address - always wondered if the HS prefix on the cat. number had anything to do with the Hot Sox label (on which another of his recordings was issued on??)
