I have a Freddie Hubbard- "Hub Cap" LP MONO 4073

This copy has 47 west 63rd st. On the hub of the record but 43 west 61st st. on the back cover.

What does this mean? Which came first? What pressing is this?

this is not out of the ordinary for this LP. it was released at the transition between 63rd/61st St adresses.

So basically used up the old labels instead of throwing them out?

yeah probably something like that. I had some Blue Note LP a while back that had a 61st St Label on one side & a New York label on the other. Cool but not really changing the value.
