Strange Bootleg With Fever Version

Hello!

Find a record yesterday on a fleamarket.

But the names and titles are painted over.

It is on Club Records 301 and has a blue label with red letters.

On the b_side is Ramsy Lewis Chinagate.

On thea_side is a Fever version.

Annybody know this record? And know who's done the fever version?

Sounds a bit like Little Willie John.
