There were just too many great tracks to fit onto one podcast so here are more of the same from Ska's golden era. What's notable about this episode is that towards the end you can hear a new strain of the Ska coming in, commonly known as Rude Boy music (the Rude Boys (young hooligans) being the main target audience for these sounds). By the final track, Alton Ellis's "Girl I've Got A Date", you can hear a new influence beginning to appear: this was to become known as Rocksteady. * * * * * *
