Any of you lot ever a bit scared to open the box of tunes after playin at a doo.... think ma record is about a week!... just lookin at me box now which is still closed....and always there's more record sleves than records...eh!... On a par with single sock in the washing thoery.

I've never been the most careful with my records,changing my mind at the last minute,not only with tunes but with genres.

However the worst I ever saw was my Dj partner at a Soul to Soul gig in the nineties so out of the game that I had to clear up his records at the end of the night.

God knows how he didnt notice, there were 7 records stuffed into one sleeve sticking out of his box forming a vinyl fan!

The rest of his set was spread over the booth where they had been dropped,fallen and generally discarded.

The irony of the situation was that from the dancefloor everything sounded fine.
