September 11, 201014 yr Having seen the CCTV footage, it's fair to say he wasn't in control of his faculties! It wasn't preplanned or malicious, so I think the sentence is more than stiff enough, I'm surprised he actually got sent down. Having said that, if I'd caught him I would have thrown him back on the flames!
