Have track on mp3 that i havent a clue what it is - how do up upoad onto this site ? as I am sure someone will know it

Click on your post here and then choose to edit it. At the bottom there is a button to 'choose' an attachment; track down the mp3 from your hard drive, select it, press open, and then resubmit your post with the mp3 attached
