Ha, but i'm only refering to myself as what I am.....

I think it was the word Gypo that got my goat..... he's not been the same since.....

I think the book is good... it relates different periods of his career to the various labels and releases.... so a bit heavy for the casual soul fan... but a worthy tome for someone wanting to go that bit deeper...

It also includes short biographies of people who were involved in his life/career.... so some good background info on people like Carl Davis, Major Lance, Donny Hathaway, Lou Pride and Holly Maxwell (Amongst others).
