I have a copy of Junior Walkers How Sweet It Is, except it has the B sides label on both sides of the vinyl (Nothin But Soul) , would that make it worth any more?

To be honest, no. Speaking from experience, it's likely to make it worth a bit less than a perfect one, though I'm not sure by how much its value would reduce these days.
