Just picked up a copy of Cold T's 'Funky Preacher' 45 on a Chicago label called Loretta records. There's a decent vocal side and a great instrumental flip. Both sides border on funk, modern, and disco sounds which is fitting given the 1977 date on the record. I assume this record is rare because the Chicago store I got it from never had it before. Anyway, I've got a solid VG copy and I've got no idea what it's worth and I'd like to know before I put it on the trading block. Any information on this record concerning its rarity, its history, and especially its value would be appreciated as I can only find information on their other 45 releases which are also on the Loretta label. I contacted two other 45 heads about this record and they knew nothing of it so that's why I'm bringing this here.
As always, thanks for your time.

PS: I do know that this (slightly remixed instrumental b-side) is available on the BBE compilation called the Real Sound of Chicago but I've yet to find any liner notes specific to this particular record.
