PLEASE HELP

i was at the "heaven in the afternoon" .. soul event at the grand in clitheroe on this last sunday and i song was played that i NEED to identify !!!!!!!!

the song is mid tempo , 70's soul sounding ... acapella intro for a couple of lines ... then on the end of the line " ITS AN IMPOSSIBILITY " ,

especially on the second half of the word , impossibility , the tune kicks in ... huge tune ... female vocal ... sounds abit like millie jackson ...

please please please help me with this one ....
