This is new to me. It appeared in the middle of a give away CD from a modern soul all-dayer.

Great record. Anyone know what the back ground info is with regard to this?

It's an unissued Motown record , that's on " Cellar full of Motown " vol 2 which is just out on Motown. Carolyn Crawford also did a version that was released , but the Tammi version is amazing isn't it ? Best ,Eddie .

Only slight downer for me is that mandolin intro. Glad that never caught on.
