Apologies in advance as this is not a soul request

I'm trying to track down a copy of a very obscure mini album on an 80's indie label(not known) that was knocking around the mid eighties scooterist scene. Some links between the scooterist/northern soul scenes, hence my post here.

"Colonel Kilgore's Vietnamese Formation Surf Team" - Artist/Title eponymous

I figure my best chance of finding this is through someone who, like me, knocked around the rallies at the time.

Any links/leads/info at all very gratefully received.
